The Vote Female movement supports and champions civic and social action that positively impacts women and girls.

Our Mission

We bring women’s rights along with a female impact framework to the forefront of public awareness, influencing community leaders, elected officials and legislation.

Vote Female is cultivating a new generation of leaders dedicated to women’s political education, advancement, and empowerment. By viewing our society through a female impact framework, the door is open to a more strategic conversation about gender disparity -- what’s working, what’s not working and what must change.  

In partnership with the Mayor’s office of the City of Los Angeles, Vote Female holds a series of Civic Education events at City Hall featuring elected officials, non-profit pioneers and community leaders who guide participants through a day-long training program. Alongside a framework of education and policy advocacy, Vote Female provides ongoing support to members through strategic assets and resources. Participants are empowered to become citizen luminaries in their communities, influence legislation, or successfully run for political office.
